Q1.  How far in advance should I request a Fans Party, Sports Bash, or Shoppers Interactive Experience ? 

A1.  to increase the chances of your requested Experience Date being available, or being created and serviced by us, "the sooner scheduled, the better"

Q2.  What are the pricing and profit structures?

A2.   pricing structures based on 

• are we Fan-ertaining a Crowd you already have (established Pop Culture, or College/Pro Sporting Event)
• are we Drawing a Crowd for you (Sports Bar, or Mall)
• are we Hosting Our own event at your Venue (profitshare, flat fee)
• are we Consulting with you on adding to your Brand (Member Party, or Customer Reward/Discount).   Private Party Referral Profit (network currently  available in MD,  VA, WV, DC, PA)

Q3.  Do you stay to manage People in/on an interactive Experience, or Sporting PopUps?

A3.  Yes we stay to manage your Fan Experience, & we can even provide at Venue Play Care for kids ages 4 to 17

Q4.  Are you affordable?

A4.  by using PopUps instead, or with your custom built items our Clients stay On, or even Under their alotted Marketing/Advertising Budget, & we often consider offer Profitsharing Plans !!

Q5.  Are you reserving into Year 2026?

A5.  We are currently scheduling Clients doing Fan Parties this year 2025, & taking "orders" into 12/2026.  Though several Dates are already committed to Returning Clients.
